The National Center for Strategic Partnerships, affiliated with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, was established following Royal Decree No. (A/121) dated 07/02/1432 AH to meet the needs of the labor market by qualifying and training Saudi youth of both genders. This is achieved through the establishment of non-profit specialized institutes or unique programs in collaboration with all entities in the government and private sectors.

The National Center for Strategic Partnerships manages the integrated relationship between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and the business sector by building strategic partnerships with the business sector to operate non-profit training units with employment initiation.

They are non-profit training units that provide Saudi youth with beginner training with employment initiation in specialized fields to meet the needs of strategic partners in various sectors for qualified technicians.

The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) contributes to training costs and trainee allowances through the Employment Initiation Training Support Program. It covers 75% of the training costs and provides trainee allowances ranging from 50% to 75%, up to a maximum of 2000 Saudi Riyals per month.

 

 

 

  1. Support technology transfer programs in general and modern training techniques in particular, and work on localizing technical and professional jobs in the business sector.
  2. Increase the contribution of the business sector by training Saudi cadres in various specialized fields.
  3. Increase and enhance the quality of technical and vocational training in the labor market by participating in attracting and disseminating global expertise in technical training.

1- Filling out a feasibility study form to establish the partnership and obtaining initial approval.
2- Signing a memorandum of understanding between the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the strategic partner.
3- Forming the Board of Directors and approving it from the Governor of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
4- Drafting the basic system of the training unit by the strategic partner.
5- Issuing the license for the non-profit training unit.
6- Securing the appropriate location for the non-profit training unit.
7- Identifying and contracting with the training service provider.
8- Interviewing applicants and signing contracts for those accepted.
9- Launching the partnership and starting its work.

  1. Associate Diploma: A minimum duration of one year, or at least two semesters with a total of at least 24 credited hours. 
  2. Intermediate Diploma: A minimum duration of two years, or at least four semesters with a total of at least 60 credited hours.

A training unit can be established by an individual, a group of individuals, a legal entity, or several individuals with recognized status.

  1. Contribution from the Human Resources Development Fund by supporting 75% of the training costs and providing a 75% trainee allowance.
  2. The trainee is considered an employee from the first day in the company, contributing to job localization.
  3. Training is conducted according to specialized and flexible curricula tailored to the requirements of the private sector (the sponsoring company).
  4. Training is provided in the language chosen by the strategic partner, whether English or Arabic, and at a high level of quality.
  5. Provision of training facilities and buildings by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training.
  6. The strategic partner or their delegate becomes a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Strategic Partnerships.
  7. Providing the company with qualified national cadres to meet the company's needs under contracts that ensure the rights of both parties.

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) .

the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) takes the responsibility of providing the infrastructure if it is not available from the strategic partner.

The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) accredits the training programs.

The institutes are semi-governmental.

Contracts are made with either local or international operators as per the needs.

5. Enrollment in social insurance by the employing company

There is no distance learning option available at strategic partnership institutes. Attendance at training facilities is required for study.

Applicants must hold Saudi citizenship.
