General Supervisor Speech

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and companions, all of them.

The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has paid great attention to economic development by preparing and implementing plans aimed at strengthening the national workforce and ensuring that its qualifications match the requirements of the labor market through providing a stable environment that contributes to achieving production efficiency.

The Kingdom's interest - may Allah preserve it - in the technical and vocational training sector has been represented in two main pillars:

the first  is to support the quantitative expansion of training facilities in various regions of the Kingdom.

the second  is to enact regulations aimed at increasing employment rates and enhancing localization, which is the culmination of the quality of training and qualification processes.

The institution has moved towards strengthening the principle of strategic partnerships with the private sector by establishing institutes and academies that aim to identify job needs and enable human cadres to receive the necessary practical training that contributes to bridging the gap, through precise and specific specializations that automatically qualify them for suitable jobs.

In this regard, more than 51 institutes and academies have been established in a number of training fields and in various sectors, the most prominent of which are: (transport, oil, energy, food, and tourism). These institutes contribute effectively and vitally to the localization process by employing their outputs for the benefit of the partner and beneficiary sectors.

Today, the institution - thanks to Allah Almighty and the support of the wise leadership - provides human energy; Strengthening all sectors with qualified national human cadres has become an urgent and pressing need, considering that human capital is the main pillar of development that aligns with the direction of the vision in considering investment in human capabilities as one of the most important investments aimed at increasing and maximizing support for economic projects.

The honor of the Visionary Leader, the Crown Prince - may Allah preserve him - to visit the (Swarm) Institute and meet with our trainers and trainees was a motivation for them and a confirmation of the interest that these projects related to the heart of economic development receive.

May Allah preserve our dear homeland, its security, stability, prosperity, and flourishing under the shadow of our wise leadership, may Allah preserve them.
